Our 2nd Baby Shower!

We were lucky enough to have Michelle, Amy, and Kimberly offer to host a shower for our friends here in Katy. We had it at our house and I think the combination of me nesting and wanting the house to be in tip-top shape for the shower, made me a bit crazy! I cleaned for weeks... things people don't even notice... under the kitchen counter, on top of the kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and blinds...I'm sure I was pleasent to be around leading up to the shower,lol, just ask Tim!

The shower was wonderful! We had just about everyone show up; I feel so grateful to have such awesome friends and family who love and support Tim and I. Here are some pictures from the shower! Enjoy!

35 Weeks 2 Days

I can't believe my little bitty boy will be here in 4 weeks or less. We had an appointment on the 25th and everything is moving right along. I had some questions about swelling, but as always, Dr. Mullin just says 'that's normal'! His heartbeat was good and my bump is measuring right on track. Dr. Mullin told me that when we go back on Feb. 8th she will 'check' me and then every week after... whoa! I'll also have the Group B Strep test done and a blood test, not looking forward to either of those. I am completely registered at the hospital and have started a little pile of things to take with me to the hospital. Other than my OCD-to-do-list, I think we are all set. I have a feeling he will come right up to his due date or after, so in my mind we have lots more time! Originally I was thinking February 28th, but I'm not sure about that.
